The man, Walter Alexander who is also one of Simpson’s close friend said he had decided to tell the truth after reading the bible. O.J Simpson, the famous NFL star, is charged with obtaining sports memorabilia worth $100,000 from a Las Vegas Hotel at gunpoint. In 1995, Simpson got of murder charges for the death of his wife. If he is found guilty this time, He may be handed a life imprisonment term.

Our dear old Miley is growing up now or so she and her father thinks, hence they want to opt out of the Disney Hannah Montana show. According to TMZ, Miley now shows up late to the set. Miley is more intent on facing the music and not all together interested in the entire show itself. Disney seems to think otherwise. Billy Ray Cyrus has said that after twelve more episodes it may very well be over.

A Manhattan district court judge has ruled in favour of J.K.Rowling, creator of the Harry Potter series, in a copyright suit that attempted to stop the publication of a Harry Potter lexicon. According to court reports, similarity between the lexicon and the original Harry Potter series was too strong to be ignored. The lawsuit had been filed since last year and Rowling acknowledged she was glad it was finally over. The author of the lexicon Mr. Vander Ark told reporters he will still remain a fan of the series.

Yesterday, rumors popped up that Jamie lynn Spears through her mother  had called a baby store to order a gift for Palin’s pregnant tennage daughter, Bristol. According to her publicist, the rumors are untrue. There has been no comment from the Palins so far. Sarah Palin is Senator McCain’s running mate for the 2008 election.

Britney Spears’ manager has stated that she will not be performing at this year’s edition of MTV’s Video Music Awards. Britney’s last performance at the VMAs was a total failure and the media made sure the public knew that. There was speculation that Britney was going to attempt another comeback this year but her manager insists that Britney is currently working on her next studio album and does not have for other things.
